Delete your data

This is how to delete your ZenTrain Studio account and what the app and our server hold about you.

Your account

In the app, open 🔐 Account and choose Delete my account…: your profile and every session you shared are removed from our server, and your sign-in is deleted. To keep the account but remove what you shared, choose Delete all my shared sessions… instead. If you cannot use the app, write to office@zentrainstudio.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it: we delete it and confirm by email. Your @handle is retired and never given to anyone else. We keep only the record that you agreed to our terms and our team's record of what it did with the account, as the Privacy policy explains.

On your phone

Your sessions, settings, favourites, the voice's prepared speech, your downloads and your Notate entries are stored only on your phone. To delete all of it, clear the app's storage (Android: Settings → Apps → ZenTrain Studio → Storage → Clear storage) or uninstall the app. Single Notate entries can be deleted in Notate.

Sessions you published or shared

To take a session off Resonate, open it in the app and choose Unpublish. To delete a session with its share link, use 🗂 Curate → Shared & Links in the app, or write to office@zentrainstudio.com with the session's name and creator, or its link. We remove it and confirm by email.
